Greenfield International School, Dharapuram witnessed a momentous occasion on July 20,2024, as the investiture ceremony took place with great pomp and circumstance. The event marked the induction of new cabinet members and house prefects, who were sworn in to their respective positions.
After a hectic round of campaigning and a well fought election where the voting happened through secret ballot, the newly elected cabinet was ready to take the oath on July 20.
The ceremony began with a solemn oath-taking ceremony, where the students pledged to uphold the values of leadership, teamwork, and integrity. The Principal, Mrs Nalini Subramanian, congratulated the newly appointed leaders and encouraged them to work towards the betterment of the school community.
The student council, comprising the Chief Minister, Deputy Chief Minister, and various ministers, was formed to oversee various aspects of school life, including cultural events, sports, and environmental initiatives. House prefects were also appointed to lead their respective houses and promote healthy competition and teamwork.
The ceremony was attended by teachers, parents, and students, who came together to support the new leaders. With this investiture, the school has placed its trust in the capable hands of its students, who are ready to take on the challenges of leadership and make a positive impact on the school community.
